I have been a member of covercity.net for some years.\r\n\r\nThey used to be reliable, but for at least 6 months recently when I download a cover, I get \"Interrupted: Network error\", the download breaks and must be restarted from the beginning.\r\n\r\nThat might be tolerable, but the thing is, each time one tries to download a cover and even if the attempt fails, one is docked the relevant number of credits for that attempt.\r\n\r\nAppeals to Admins to fix this, or simply not dock credits unless a download succeeds, fall on deaf ears. Easy to see why as they make more profit this way, and it\'s \"tough luck\" for the poor user.\r\n\r\nThe advantage CoverCity has over your site is that you buy credits as you need them, rather than paying a lump sum for the year or years. CoverCity seems to have a bandwidth problem which they are in no hurry to fix.\r\n\r\nSo I am wondering if you have a similar issue, or are your downloads always reliable?
